The hall is located in the centre of Eccles and is fast becoming a hub for the local community.
ECHO was established in July 2010 and quickly established itself as a multi-talented group of local individuals determined to refurbish the ballroom and associated facilities to provide a much needed community space for local people. Now that the refurbishment is well on it’s way ECHO provide Volunteers that help out at the many events the hall now hosts.
